Poster format

The poster walls have approximately 1m wide surface for attaching the poster. Pins or tape for that will be provided.

Recommended maximum poster size is A0 portrait (118,9 cm x 84,1 cm).

Presentation format

PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) and PDF presentations can be displayed on the computers provided in the conference rooms.

Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick. You may also use your own laptop, especially if you want to demonstrate something which is not strictly within PowerPoint or PDF. In that case, it is recommended that you check well before your session that your computer will be able to sync with the beamer in the lecture room.
